Not posh , just  welcoming and comfortable.

I love walking myself and so I have tried to think what I would like to find at the end of a day's adventure. A comfy bed and a hot shower!

I can come and pick you up from Crackington Haven and drop you back in the morning to start your walk. Lifts to other start/finish points are available with a small cost to cover fuel.

 Guest Room:

Your room has twin beds and facilities to make yourself a hot drink. Right next door is your bathroom with a bath and shower over. There is always plenty of hot water and you are free to just soak the miles away for as long as you like.

If you find you need an unexpected rest day, or the weather turns rough (which it can do very quickly here on the coast), then you are welcome to stay  and just sit and read a book , relax in the garden, or potter down to the Haven through the woods ( about 2 miles away).

Life here is lived in the slow lane, so please be aware, I have no television or microwave.

I do have WiFi that will be available if required.

Meals:

I don't offer an evening meal. There are two cafes and a lovely Pub/Hotel in Crackington Haven, (Coombe Barton). There is also another good pub at Wainhouse Corner, about a mile and a half away (on the flat!).

Breakfast is Continental with a large selection, including cereals, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, toast etc and is available up to 10.00a.m.

 Dogs:

I'm afraid I can't take dogs.

My own Border Terrier is very welcoming to humans but not all dogs.

Prices B+B:

£35/person (based on 2 sharing)

£40 /person Single

No deposit is necessary in these uncertain times

My home and garden are all non-smoking

The photographs on this page are all from the local stretch of the SW coast path
